      Short communication lines which lead to quick decisions. A lot of good and young people who are eager to get things done. Located in the place to be in Munich. Very good product, certainly for the European market. A lot of upside.

      Cons

      Difficult to say after the first month although no company is perfect.

      Flexible time A good learning place for juniors.

      Cons

      Very low compensation (low salary + low bonuses + long waitlist for internal promotion). Promotion is based on seniority, not on skills and achievements. Understaffed teams. Unqualified managers / team leaders that can't make decisions or plan in advance. Outdated processes.
