Messy company structure , all of your complaints handed to HR will be gone and you will be asked to shut up in order to keep the company”s “peaceful” atmosphere . Extremely high pressure and tight deadline ; if you can’t meet then you will be “advised to think if you’re a right fit to here” . HR and m grade threaten you with reference letter and future reference check if you speak up.
