Pros
Relaxed atmosphere including regular breaks where you could play various sports (table tennis, pool etc). Lunch was provided every day and was of a very good quality.
Cons
Unfortunately there is no London office and the surrounding area is very quiet. Also, the different departments are on different floors making it harder to collaborate with people outside your department.
