      Good organization culture, flexible hours, nice cafe and team members on the campus.

      Cons

      - Hard time keeping experienced employees because their wage system is rigid. Newcomers usually get higher compensation package than existing employees. - ESPP not attractive. - Stingy about RSU in silicon valley.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
