I have been a remote employee and have nothing but great things to say about ASHP. I have worked for other healthcare education institutions and ASHP has been the best by far. I have a very supportive team, director, and VP. The company culture overall is very supportive, professional, and collaborative. You feel that you and your ideas and thoughts are valued and no matter what your position is, there is a “team” climate. There is a high emphasis on DEI, which is refreshing. ASHP is progressive and is constantly striving for better. I do not use their healthcare benefits but I hear they are fantastic. Salary is very competitive and are willing to negotiate. Fair salary increases and possibility of yearly bonus (organization wide). Unlimited sick hours can be accrued and rolled over. I am very happy here!!!

Vacation is accrued so starting off is tough until you have enough hours banked.
