Pros

Steady growth allows for room to grow and move around within the organization.

Cons

Lower wages outside of sales and marketing departments. You may get a promotion or a different title in another department with more responsibility but no increase in compensation.

Pros

ASEA has some of the best people I've ever seen in all the companies in my career in multiple levels of the company. The management team is very kind, and do their best. They care about the employees, and throw 2 fun company parties a year with a generous gift. ASEA also gives merit increases each year without fail, holiday cash, and when the company meets their goals, pays bonus.

Cons

The company seems to be behind on process flow, how decisions are made, who makes them, and what priorities are for each dept. Company-wide communication could be more timely.
