Pros
Asapp has amazing enployees, an interesting product and a very fluid development environment. They are in a growing moment as a company since the product is actually good, and they have a lot of effort out into their deals.
Cons
They do not value their talent, there is a remarkable difference between being from the US or working for them in South America. They do not give raises when they give promotions and the approval of any of those is very dubious. Not transparent at all.
