Pros

My journey at Artmetech as a full stack developer has been both exciting and full of learning. I had the opportunity to work on projects for well-known brands like Hyundai, Hero, and iQOO — a level of exposure that's hard to find elsewhere. One of the most rewarding parts of the job was getting to work with newer technologies, especially cloud tools like AWS, EC2, and RDS. What stood out most was the opportunity to work with AI for the first time. I was involved in building a gamified Instagram chatbot with rewards integration for iQOO, which pushed me to think creatively and technically. It was a high-impact project that really showcased the agency’s focus on innovation. Another highlight was the leadership. The CEO is one of the most solution-driven people I’ve worked with. Any time I hit a roadblock, he personally took the time to sit down with me, discuss the issue, and work through it together. His vision is clear, and his hands-on approach to solving problems makes a big difference in the team’s confidence and growth.

Cons

Artmetech is a place where you’ll be challenged, supported, and constantly learning. The fast-paced environment may not be for everyone, but if you're someone who thrives on creativity and problem-solving, it’s a great place to be.
