Training - it would be great to have initial training.

ARMA is a small business in people but not in mindset. Many if the employees come with industry leading expertise. Being a small business and working with the owners allows them to provide the latest and greatest information. Things are never held up waiting approvals or threshold limits. if you need something or someone to get your job done ARMA leadership ensures you have what you need.

None that I can think of. Any cons are negated by the great people and trust that management encourages.
