some of the staff with the exception of leadership. So glad this company are out of business.
Cons
1) No Annual Salary Increase which is why they don't do annual reviews --- Always ask a potential employer if they execute annual reviews because that will let you know whether they conduct annual increases. 2) No promotion within...You may be the brightest and they will overlook you over their favorite people who just happen to be totally unqualified for their current roles or managerial roles 3) Towards the end employees salaries (those who remained working for this unscrupulous company) ended up getting salary decreases. 4) Employee moral was all over the place. Managers bad mouthed the staff members who did not kiss up to them and when approached they would totally negate it.
