Pros
Good place for learning if you are in the early stages of your career. Plenty of learning opportunities, they also give a lot of responsibilities to young architects, at least some teams do. Great place to gain exposure and knowledge one of the best, but not suitable for long term employment.
Cons
Too much politics, way too much politics and some directors are really horrible human beings, i would not even call some of these directors human beings they are so bad. Some are good too. Thats the problem with this company, some teams are actually great to work with while others are straight up evil, all depends on which team you are in. Also some people working in these company have no manners and etiquettes at all and the management knows this and does'nt do anything, instead they try to squash these matters. If you like to work in a professional environment, stay as far away from this company as possible.
