Pros
Yearly raises (just came in effect), bonus and great people to work with also learning new equipment . If you work hard you can climb the ladder if you have the right staff above you that notice potential and your hard work. Not sure about other branches but our managers actually help production staff.
Cons
It has taken ARC years to get to where they are now, but its better. Depending your region you may have a sales person who can provide more revenue or you sit and worry if your branch will make it. ARC drives machine sales so it cuts printing down. Machine sells are always a headache and slow to get product to customer. Don't pay what your worth and takes years to get what you think you are worth. HR departments don't always have your back however don't do anything and they wont be warranted to talk to you. Clients have ridiculous deadlines but that is the nature of the beast. They ask managers to go out and sell instead of pushing actual sales people to sell.
