Cons
Toxic culture driven by underwriting management. Lack of progression available. The takeover has resulted in some morally questionable decisions with personnel but HR will ensure any changes appear ‘fair’ and in line with company guidelines. ‘D&I networks’ are in place as a box ticking exercise to appear progressive.
