The people working at iJet are great! It's a really collaborative environment. Management encourages growth and provides opportunities. The team is relatively small and you won't get lost in the shuffle. Everyone has a positive attitude and work really well together.

Premiums for family can be a bit expensive but employee is covered.

There have been some rough patches (like many startups), but things have been improving steadily. The team is small but excellent, the work is challenging, and the management team is great to work with. Work/life balance is good, and there are many opportunities to learn new technologies.

It is a startup, so things move quickly. Management is doing a good job of keeping focus and minimizing distractions, but if you like knowing exactly what you are doing every day for the next 3 months, you might not like it.
