      Pay and bonus programs are good and how they get you to look the other way.

      Cons

      Management is border line illegal in their practices. If they want you gone, no matter how long you have been there or how you have contributed, you are gone. Top managements treatment of people is horrific.

      I have been working as a Temporary Employee in the office area. Everyone has been very helpful and welcoming.

      Cons

      The Position I am working is only temporary. There have been no talk of hiring me full time.
