Don't give them early notice of leaving - Administration and Finance APR Energy Employee Review

I worked for 3 years fulltime through an agency. I thought I would do the right thing by giving them ample notice that I was leaving as we were in a remote area where it could be difficult to find a suitable replacement. On my drive home that same day I was called and told I was terminated and banned from coming back to site. A colleague had to clear my desk and drop my belongings to me.
