Pros

Liked only the clients and coworkers

Cons

3-5% raise is given only on passing an exam you don't even need Upper management is a mess. Constantly promising bigger and greater things but can't ever deliver Staff is overworked and under appreciated No concern on staff retention. Only interested in covering issues up instead of fixing it Too much of a work/life balance because there are many days I get less or no hours because my client is out and the company wanted to pay me minimum wage to clean and do their dirty work as a way to get my hours

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and perspective. We truly appreciate it. We’re glad to hear that you experienced strong teamwork among technicians and supportive BCBAs. That sense of collaboration and clinical partnership is something we intentionally work to build, and it means a great deal when it’s felt by our team. We also hear your feedback regarding administration. Decidedly, over the past year, we have made intentional leadership realignments and structural changes designed specifically to strengthen communication, increase accessibility of leadership, and ensure technicians and all staff have clearer pathways to share feedback and be heard. At APPLE Consulting, our values — Assent, Positivity, Partnerships, Learning, and Empowerment — guide not only our clinical care, but how we lead and support our staff. In practice, that means: • Creating regular feedback loops and check-ins • Increasing leadership presence in the clinic • Strengthening supervision and support structures • Clarifying expectations and follow-through • Investing in professional development and growth We are committed to continuous improvement. Every experience shared helps us refine our systems and strengthen our culture. We care deeply about building a workplace where technicians feel respected, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work.
