      Great Company Calendar, Benefits Package, Swanky Office

      Cons

      No training program whatsoever. Basically thrown into the fire and expected to swim. Expected to assume all the responsibility of my predecessor within two weeks. A circus of a company with no upward mobility. Think salesbro culture sprinkled with a little bit of music. Very churn and burn environment.

      Pros

      Plenty of room to grow and employees who love being there. No office drama and everyone just wants to do a good job. There's plenty of upward mobility - internal promotions are super common. They really set you up for success and are there for any questions you have. Also has some of the nicest management I've ever seen from a company, seriously. This is a company people stay at for decades if they want to, and I totally get it.
