APM does the walk. It designs everything from your name badge down to shirts to match your own identity. The management in HQ truly believes in supporting its employees. I've never been lucky enough to have this happen before. Your not a number even with 16000 other employees your a individual who is important to the company.
Massive benefits as well. You can change over to a 9 day fortnight and even buy two extra weeks annual leave.
They have shop right, Cheap health insurance, Car leasing agreements, and many other great benefits.
Cons
They give a lot of benefits but the pay is borderline.
Holidays are below NT standard being 4 weeks not 5. This happens when its a southern company.
