I've never been lucky enough to have this happen before. Your not a number even with 16000 other employees your a individual who is important to the company.

They have shop right, Cheap health insurance, Car leasing agreements, and many other great benefits.
Cons
They give a lot of benefits but the pay is borderline.
Holidays are below NT standard being 4 weeks not 5. This happens when its a southern company.
