Pros
- Feels like a family - High proportion of staff working there here for 10+ years - Openly welcoming new joiners to the APLL "family" - Empowering and trusting staff to do what is required - Overall good steering by the Management team through the period of Covid uncertainty, and recognizing that staff went the extra mile to make things happen, despite adversary circumstances (e.g. working from home). - Good efforts made to maintain the "team" feeling during periods of remote working - The company got less hierarchical / administrative in recent years (less focus on filling in forms, but getting the job done) - Good opportunities for progression, as long as you are a bit flexible which way to take on your way up.
Cons
You have to be aware of cyclic workload fluctuation, i.e. getting typically busier during the last quarter of a year. Otherwise fine.
