Pros
1) In the 3PL industry for a long time, So long list of customers 2) New projects with new learnings/experiences 3) Spread across the world 4) After splitting from APL, working on building a good office atmosphere/culture
Cons
1) Heavy dependency on consultants/contractors. Very less opportunity for full time employees to learn, grow and lead ending up merely as people managers relying heavily on getting access to hopefully good consultants for even day-to-day tasks. 2) Very less or no Training, Motivation, Appreciation. 3) Performance review is a formality. 4) Years of Experience, but no common processes, best practices formally developed/followed. Every employee has to learn from scratch.
