APEX pay at each level is really bad. Management will try to tell you that they're in line with other agencies but they are 25-30% less at each level for annual salary. When confronted with this, management either denies that they pay less or say "but you have the privilege of working at APEX" like that's supposed to make the fact that you're making no money any better.
