      Easy going on work. You can manage to have a lot of free time if you're good at your job.

      Cons

      Awful management, poor upkeep of resources, unacceptable lack of cleanliness, too many unskilled useless people in higher positions who don't know how to do their job.

      Good management, helpful team, flexible schedule for students, care about student success

      Cons

      Work from home was not an option for student workers at that time. Not sure about now.
