Pros
Great company doing very exciting things. Amazing, transparent leadership team that takes care of its employees and regularly communicates with the entire staff about projections, results, and future goals. Everyone is on the same page and gets along. Everyone is motivated and works hard. Earnest effort is expended to make company culture very cohesive and team focused on achieving key results, which is rewarding and fun. Systemically, AP Intego is a great place to work.
Cons
You will be challenged to do your smartest and best work. There is a palpable focus on achieving consistent progress and maintaining accountability, which could be a negative for some . Also, the nut bar could have more choices; they are limited.
