Inspiring environment but no growth - Event Manager AO Foundation Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Glassdoor. We take employee feedback very seriously and are committed to creating a better working environment for all our staff. It’s nice to read that you value our purpose-driven mission, working with surgeons from all over the world, and that you enjoyed living in Davos. However, it seems that you didn’t feel looked after, and that you felt our organization offered no growth opportunities. This is quite contrary to my own experience. The AO Foundation encourages its employees to actively seek out new opportunities within the organization, as well as trying to bind its employees by offering a flexible working environment and ample opportunities for continuing education, both internally and externally. It seems you have moved on in the meantime, and I wish you all the best for the future.
