- Great new London office! - AI training programme for every employee and access to broad suite of tools - Very exciting new processes, accelerators and training around AI, some of which is genuinely market-leading. Lots of AI-led projects with clients as well so a great place to learn and build your CV in AI. - Big high profile clients to work with and cool projects - real household name brands and products everyone would use every day - Genuinely some of the brightest people I've ever worked with and the culture is returning now we're largely back in the office - let the Summer after work drinks commence!
Cons
- Last few years have been hard, undeniably. It means there are big emotions and feelings about that, which take a long time to change. However, there has been enormous work done to restructure around practice areas, improve the ANDi experience by offering training, bringing promotions back, winning exciting new projects. - A little more red-tape than before - Expectations on 3 days a week in either our office or clients offices has had mixed reactions, but most do, at least, understand the why behind it.
