Management has no idea what it is doing. The CEO is clueless on a good day. We have changed direction several times and still aren’t sure where this company is going!

I have worked in many startups over the past two decades, and I can compare. Most of your ideas (valuable) will be immediately taken into account. I like it. The company has very serious customers and it is a merit of management. Customers like us, because can rely on. Some words about the team. Can't say about time before I had joined, but from the first day I feel very comfortable. Team is very friendly and management invests a lot into company culture. Management and team are open minded. Each team member has influence to product. Team is very professional and open to new technologies. Learned many new things for half a year as I work for ANAGOG.

Like many small startups there are task switching. Sometimes need work hard in order to deliver version on time.
