Good starting point but slow career advancement - Consultant AMT Consulting Employee Review

Never in my life have I experienced being treated the way I was treated in this company. There is a group of so‑called managers who shout at people. The salary is extremely poor for the treatment you receive. People expect you to know everything even though your background is not in IT (which is the main focus of the job). There is a very poor level of guidance, even for Juniors. They expect you to do everything on your own, and if you happen to make a mistake, one specific person will scream at you. You don’t learn anything; you just end up doing PowerPoints, Excel files, and not much more. It is outrageous that someone with a higher title doesn't know how to perform basic tasks in Excel, such as creating a simple “conditional formatting” rule, which in my opinion is very basic.

Partners put a lot of pressure on the team Partners shout and scream a lot...they dont respect people... The salaries are not bad for the management but the team is not paid the way they should They force the consultante that leave to pay the academy Lots of pressure...
