      Work from home depending on the project

      Cons

      No Bonus, Sick Leave Days. Management do not seem to care about employees Layoff staff without notice or benefits , has noting to do with your performance(more like no projects, go sit at home) Different pay for staff of the same level No unified salary range and promotios are hardly done Associates and senior analysts do the same work and get paid differently

      Pros

      -good experience with a variety of clients -potential for good managers -possible work from home

      Cons

      -clients can be demanding and managers usually won’t have a backbone to fight for their employees -micromanaging is usually the case in most instances -if a client sucks, you simply have to deal with it without any managers helping you.
