Throughout the interview process I kept thinking to myself "this all sounds too good to be true", but working at AMI really is as great as it sounds! The team is made up of some of the nicest and most intelligent people you could imagine (not to mention hilarious), who have made me feel at home from the very first day. Daniel and Greg are an amazing leadership team who sincerely care about the personal and professional growth of their employees, and they check-in to make sure we all are getting what we need. Seriously, I don't think I could imagine better bosses than them. The transition to going fully remote due to Covid was seamless, and as an employee I feel as if I've been kept "in the loop" with everything going on, and I feel secure in knowing my job is safe.
