      Close to home. Reacquainted with measurements and tooling.

      Cons

      I was their all in one; one man band. I made it, tested it, reworked / troubleshooting and shipped it. Unassisted the majority of the time with high expectations to deliver at month end. Bad management overall!!

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
