Pros

Most people are nice and does their work well. Good team effort across different teams. Decent salary for entry level, but not much progress. Hybrid work

Cons

Long working hours. Toxic work environment. Manager often make racist/controversial remarks(no idea how she can get away with this for so long but no one actually does anything about it since she is “capable” in her job), very gossipy, make nasty remarks about others as though the people around can’t hear. Not a conducive work environment, have to be in office or you are frowned upon(even if you have given valid reasons). It can also get quite noisy as there are many unproductive chatting irrelevant to work. When given the feedback to manager, I was told that it is something I have to accept and learn, rather than actually making the work a better place to work in. Definitely not the type of work environment I would want. Company also started to track the number of times employees actually come into the office in order to ensure you are utilising your seat/table. So much effort being put into this sort of matters - is it necessary to track? Typical toxic corporate environment - and I was told to accept that’s how it is rather than the manager trying to change her management style. Being micromanaged but insisted that they are not micromanaging, not open minded and insist on hearing things only the way they want.

Pros

Very exciting work, so much so I work 20hours a day. No distractions from silly/fun events. Food is meh so I can focus on work. Coffee is also very mid, not good, not bad but mid.

Cons

Not enough work, I only work 20 hour a day, I still have 4 hours to sleep. And on the weekends, we still have 3 hour leisure time. We still accept People who gets hired expecting to work only a measly 80 hour week.
