      - The work is challenging yet you still have family time - Management empowers the engineers, allow drawing up own schedule for deliverables - Management avoids micro-management, at least in my team - Company is delivering superior products, and the spirit is high within the company at the moment

      Cons

      - Many teams are expanding rapidly, hope that doesn't diminishes the AMD core values and good culture

      Pros

      Very exciting work, so much so I work 20hours a day. No distractions from silly/fun events. Food is meh so I can focus on work. Coffee is also very mid, not good, not bad but mid.

      Cons

      Not enough work, I only work 20 hour a day, I still have 4 hours to sleep. And on the weekends, we still have 3 hour leisure time. We still accept People who gets hired expecting to work only a measly 80 hour week.
