      Relax work environment. There are a lot of people to meet and learn from when you start off.

      Cons

      Bad upper management. Job gets stale after a while and it's hard to move up even if you are a star player.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
