      Pros

      1) Global brand name. 2) Equity heavy compensation with outperforming stocks.

      Cons

      1) Office space still feels like a Tier-2 company with small cubicles and very limited options in cafeteria. 2) Work culture in SoC teams are not great. You will burnout at times.

      Pros

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Cons

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
