Pros

None - except You get good experience at learning how to deal with angry customers.

Cons

High attrition rates of staff and staff rarely stay long which is unsurprising. Poor Management of customers and technical issues Lack of training and mentoring in all areas. Very few benefits worth mentioning - no pension!! Limited healthcare. Poor HR department - practically non existent, unhelpful and very blinkered. Never heard a positive word from anyone who dealt with them Management clearly not on the ball one bit.

Great teammates + clear goals. Our team is highly collaborative and supportive. The work we do is really exciting and directly impacts the business. Flexible work options. Unlimited PTO.

Pros

The culture of teamwork in the US is amazing. Senior leadership is really great. Interdepartmental collaboration has improved since I started working here. I’ve always felt like my opinion counts, and that there is much openness to changing process and procedure to improve the company.

Cons

The company has grown quickly and struggles with acting like a larger company. This is getting better, but they still struggle sometimes with process. The company’s main office is in Ireland, and the North American team struggles with the us and them culture between Europe and North America. Communication between the different regions can be lacking. Often communication about changes in process are not shared between departments. Everyone wants processes to improve, but changes are often not gamed out properly or vetted with other departments which causes frustration between department
