      Pros

      - People are friendly and kind - Food is great - Loads of benefits

      Cons

      (This review is strictly based on my experience in the HR team and does not reflect the overall company culture,) - Head of People is quite biased and only cares about the Business Partners - In a flexible working hours company, they fixed hours for the People team - Does not value Junior team members - Does not try to resolve conflict and instead fires you for bringing up sensitive topics like discrimination instead of taking action on people who actually exhibited discriminating behaviour - Does not provide solutions for problems like workload and instead gaslights you into thinking that you are the problem

      Pros

      Fun workplace. Travel to different office locations. Fun colleagues. Solid PTO. Office parties, and lots of food and booze!

      Cons

      Pay! Seriously way underpaid. Also, no bonuses, or equity. Didn’t check your email over the weekend to respond to a client? Slap on the wrist. (Want me to check my emails on a weekend? Pay me more.) No possibility to move up in most roles, unless you’re in engineering or product development. This place is a revolving door. People quit or get fired all the time. I’ve stopped learning new employee’s names. Management here is as diverse as my taste in wines. White and cold.
