      Pros

      Good atmosphere, great managers / leaders, chances to jump fast to medium responsability levels. Bad RRHH departement and excesive burocracy.

      Cons

      Lack of promotion opportunities. Most of the bosses come from france or other business areas. There's no pressure to keep promoting.
