Cons
Alstom India, one distinguished question strikes to ones mind that this particular entity is existing in India since last 100 years (Recently they celebrated their 100th year in India!), with similar workforce in Delhi area. Every time their leaders come from International offices have one promise for sure, we are expanding in India and we have big plans for India, but unfortunately they just want to exist in India to bid for projects and carry their all operations from abroad, because ALSTOM India has failed to build the trust for carrying out engineering projects alone. Bigger cons are: 1. No matter how much skilled you are, you may fall in a big and endless tunnel of too much technicality with no appreciation and growth path. 2. Not a good company for career starters, good for those who want to do an MBA. 3. If you don't have a godfather make one asap after landing.
