      They were nice... AT FIRST.

      Cons

      I’ve seen great reviews about this company, but it seems like they’re all fake. Yes, they’re making good sales, but they fail to take care of the employees who provide the leads that drive those sales. I worked with them for a while, generating leads, but they didn’t pay me. Now that I’m no longer with them, I’ve been following up on my payment. At first, they claimed they’d sort it out, but after months of waiting, their manager outright told me they wouldn’t pay me and to “ask someone else for the money.” Seriously?! Unbelievable.

      Working at ALH truly feels like being part of a family, which is something that is very important to me. The support from both the team and management is unmatched, and there is always a positive and motivating environment to grow within. Everyone is genuinely supportive, approachable, and willing to help each other succeed. I’m grateful to be part of a company that values its people and creates such a strong sense of teamwork and community.

      As the company continues to grow, there can occasionally be fast-paced periods and changes, but it also creates exciting opportunities for learning and development.
