The best reasons to work for ALH are the flexible hours, the woolies, BWS and ALH venue employee discounts.
Cons
Poor recruitment process. I'm not sure why some of my colleagues were hired. With years of experience in hospo I would never hire some of the people that were hired at my venue. Unfortunately just means when they work their customer service is poor, they don't perform their work responsibilities to satisfaction, etc.
