Pros
The benefits are pretty good. It's an 8-5 job. Annual bonus is decent. Costar trips if your office meets goals!
Cons
They claim to promote within, but it's almost impossible. It's all about who you know, not what you know. PTO is not allowed in June at all. They also make it almost impossible to use PTO the first week of every month.
