      AJM is a great place to work with the best benefits in the area. There is a positive work environment with the possibility of career growth. Work-life balance is given to the employees when needed. The work is challenging and keeps you on your toes while also giving you the opportunity to learn new things. The team recognizes and appreciates hard work.

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
