      OK salary, not overtly abusive

      Cons

      Management’s role is just to make bad decisions. You’ll come in one day and there’ll suddenly be a mandate that you must be in an office 100% of the time. And don’t even bother trying hard to get promoted. It will never happen as they will just endlessly fob you off with different excuses.

      Pros

      I never thought I would say this about a job but I genuinely love what I do. The role itself suits me perfectly and I love tbe atmosphere around the building. Since moving to AJ Bell, I have been shown great training, leadership and a shared common goal. I feel apart of the team and not just a cog. Management are all approachable and my colleagues are great.

      Just wish the office was closer to ny house!
