no tranparency b/w leadership and workers - false promises, false promotions, and unclear strategy. the CEO had severe issues witholding information from her team. All things we heard only through the grapevine. the lack of trust is the #1 problem.

Too many bad decisions were made by the senior management. Some were impulsive and hasty and even irresponsible. Dragged the company down like a brick in a pond.
