Pros

Beware of this company they are super pushy and very demanding! I was with they company total of almost 3 years and when they changed supervisors it has got alot worse! They do not pay enough to put up and deal with the way you get treated they do not care about the workers! New supervisors do not ever jump on the phone's to help take calls when it gets real busy they just holler at everyone to get on and take them so they don't have to! They do not acknowledge things you do good and right but the do acknowledge bad things in you all the time! I do not see how they stay in business there is even alot of customers I talked to every day on the phones they are NEVER happy with the companies service and communications is horrible!! So what ever you do DO NOT WORK FOR THEM OR EVEN USE THIER SERVICE!!!!! I have anxiety I was on only 5mg meds for it and had to get my dr to up it to 300mg and still did not work my health is more important and they did not care at all!!

Cons

NOTHING AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY

Pros

Not much can be said when its comes to Pros, I guess they have pizza parties every couple months.

Cons

In the Home Delivery Department, one of the supervisors really likes asks racially motivated questions, meanwhile discounting any issues you bring up to her, While the other one, likes to spread rumors and ostracizes employees she doesn't deem fit. Their manager and director aren't much better. They act friendly when everything is going well, but the moment you bring up concerns about workload, responsibilities, or compensation, you're pulled into a meeting and made to feel like you're the problem. It does not matter if you out perform your co-workers. Not to mention the director has zero clue what goes on. The biggest issue is that management protects its own. If they don't like you, or if you raise concerns about a supervisor or long-term employee, they'll find a way to paint you as the villain. It creates an environment where people are afraid to speak up because they know there's a good chance nothing will be done, and they could end up facing retaliation for trying. *FYI, I am speaking strictly about the "Customer Experience" department*

We’re disappointed to read that this was your experience. A respectful and professional workplace is the standard we expect across every team, and concerns related to conduct, fairness or retaliation are taken seriously. While we can’t address individual situations in a public forum, we do want employees and former employees to know there are channels available to raise concerns so they can be reviewed appropriately. We value feedback, even when it highlights areas where we may need to improve, and we wish you the best going forward.
