Micromanaging boss. Poor and non-existent leadership from any management. Employees are blamed for not being able to improve the business, while the management is pretty lazy and does nothing to aid the work by subordinates. In here, it is more important to perform and give a good impression instead of actually improving the business. You need to do surface jobs and keep showing that you are doing work, the less visible contributions are likely not appreciated or counted. Business decisions do not make sense, and meetings are long and pointless with no direction. This is a place to retire in.
