I hope it has changed; the environment was beyond hostile. The women were so competitive and emotionally un-evolved. I felt concerned for my physical safety with the former CEO who was pushed out eventually. I at times thought she was going to hit me, when she wasn't exerting unbelievable mind games and psychological warfare. I've never seen anything like that.
