Pros

During my time there, I made several positive friendships with fellow employees. Most of the employees work well together. it is hard to find much positive things to say honestly.

Cons

The turn over rate at this company is staggering. During my short three-months there, I had become the longest running employee in my department. They don't train their employees in the billing department and swiftly fire them if they don't do it exactly, claiming "they don't have time to train." They let several employees go right as their benefits would start during my time there. Leadership would purposely ignore night staff's concerns and emails. Other employees were openly criticized in front of other employees.

Pros

I've been with AIM just 6 months now. Hands down my favorite job I've had thus far. The management is nothing but helpful, cheerful, and always there when i need help.. I work independently so almost all of my communication is either via email or phone. From the office administration to the toxicoloxy lab and supervisors, i can honestly say they are the nicest group of people. When i make a mistake.. The response is "No worries!" "no prop!" If i need to correct something or forget something, they simply just email me and let me know and i get on it! They've never been rude or nasty. Very easy going and will help you with anything you need If you do your work, ask questions, and have a positive energy.. You smile everyday and work stress free! 😁 I would describe AIM and the team as: Professional and Personable.

Cons

Im going to say the benefits are a con. Too expensive (personally)
