Good internal management but extremely poor Global management - Anonymous employee AIG Employee Review

The systems/software is enough to make your life hell. It is a data entry tool and AIG expects engineer like me from a good college to do a data entry work just because they have spent millions on a software which is of ultra primitive stage. I left the job just because of this unbelievable pathetic system. make people like me suffer on daily basis. Its a stress to work here in cat modeling team If they are making us work in poor system, they should at least give good salaries.
